There is an unprecedented need to engage and prepare the next generation of manufacturing professionals who will lead and sustain the industry, expand our economy, and strengthen our society.
Since 2022, Judson University and the Technology & Manufacturing Association have partnered to offer TMA’s Manufacturing Leadership Program (MLP) at Judson’s Elgin, Illinois campus.
The objective of MLP is to sustain and grow the “bread-and-butter” business sector of small and mid-size manufacturing by equipping the next generation of industry leaders with the knowledge and skills required to meet the present and future needs of modern, high-tech manufacturing.
MLP is a unique opportunity for existing and future manufacturing leaders, managers, and project specialists to gain professional expertise and certification. The 10-month program is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills, and abilities of an organization's current talent and help prepare others to take on higher leadership roles within small to mid-sized organizations.
Designed by successful manufacturing executives, MLP is led by industry professionals and subject matter experts with substantial experience in critical areas of business and manufacturing.
Participants in the program have 10 monthly sessions that result in 70 hours of study and lectures led by industry leaders. A dual-accredited certificate from both TMA and Judson is awarded upon successful program completion. Plus, college credits are available toward a bachelor’s degree at Judson University.
