CGR Technologies Inc. - Stamping Group, using our extensive press capabilities, provides precision metal stampings. Specializing in high accuracy pieces of any complexity, working to tolerances of +/- 0.0005 in. Working on our various stamping presses, we can micro stamp thin gage and thin wall metal as thin as 0.001 in., up to maximum of 0.125 in., to form prototype, short run and low volume production stampings for products like electronic connectors, sensor components, printed circuit boards, and surface mount pins. Our stamping processes run from coining, to compound or progressive stamping, to fine blanking, to open tooling. We use all tools at our disposal to manufacture your part.

We work with a wide variety of metals: more common ones like aluminum and stainless steel, to more exotic metals and alloys including manganese steel, Inconel®, and titanium. We can also stamp solder, wire cloth, and spring steel.
