Ramcel Precision Stamping and Manufacturing doesn’t just promise adherence to the quality process, we’ve been utilizing full SPC methodology since 1981. We monitor production with state-of-the-art inspection equipment including Optical CMM inspection technology. This unique equipment allows us to measure parts very quickly and cost-effectively. Plus, we employ analog and digital vision systems to automatically inspect parts as they’re being produced in our presses. Our engineers utilize state-of-the-art 3-D printers in creating mock-ups and prototypes. Our Project Managers access and monitor data and export it into easy to interpret quality reports. Of course, we’re ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, and ISO 14001:2015 Certified and accredited. Ramcel is an active member in the BSI organization that focuses upon applying proven business standards that lead to excellence in processes, manufacturing, and people-development.
