Founded by Erwin Herz, Three J’s Industries, Inc. was established with a clear vision: to combine industry expertise with a relentless pursuit of quality standards, operational efficiency, and unwavering customer satisfaction. This vision has been the guiding principle of our company from its inception to the present day.

Today, Three J’s Industries, Inc. is owned and operated by Erwin Herz three daughters–Joanne Marozza, Judy Garnmeister, and Jennifer Herz. As one of the few woman-owned metal finishing facilities in the United States and the world, we are proud to carry on the legacy of our founder.

Over the years, Three J’s Industries, Ind. has gained recognition on a global scale through active participation in various industry associations. By networking with manufacturers and specifiers, we have maintained our position at the forefront of metal finishing advancements.

Under the strong leadership of Jennifer and our dedicated team, Joanne Marozza has achieved notable milestones, serving as President of the Chicago Metal Finishers (local association), President of the National Association of Metal Finishers (North American association), and president of the Surface Finishing Industrial Council. Joanne’s historic presidency of these leading metal finishing associations led to the unification of the industry under the exceptional banner of the National Association of Surface Finishers (NASF).
