It’s a Thrilling Tuesday Today! Today, our brand-new CNC Spinning Lathe built by Denn USA Metal Forming is up and running! This machine is efficient and powerful. We are now able to spin & trim parts in the same operation to save more time & money for our customers. This machine is made for all Aerospace & Defense projects with large quantities. Happy New Technology Tuesday! Yesterday, our brand-new CNC Spinning Lathe built by DENN USA Metal Forming was delivered! This new machine will allow us to increase our production capacity because of its ability to spin-form exotic metals with large thicknesses. This is the perfect machine to spin parts used for Aerospace or Defense applications! Also, we would like to thank our whole team for doing a phenomenal job of preparing and managing the delivery yesterday! Happy Floor Plan Friday! Yesterday, our Engineering Team outlined the location of our new DENN CNC Spinning Lathe to prepare for its Arrival next Monday! This new CNC spinning machine is perfect for spinning exotic materials used for aerospace & defense applications. We will also be able to use this new spinning lathe to spin thick sheet gauge and hold very tight tolerances. We have enjoyed working in the Village of Bensenville over the past 2 decades and have seen a lot of success here.
