Materials used include copper alloys, stainless, carbon steels, aluminum and exotics. Production tooling is covered by a lifetime guarantee and is designed utilizing extensive planning, risk avoidance techniques including sensors, mistake proofing and PPAP. Other processes handled include degreasing, tumble deburring, reel to reel packaging as well as outside processes such as plating (stripe, spot, rack, barrel) in all common types (gold, silver, palladium, nickel, zinc, copper, etc).
